Terms of service

FieldWatch lets you plan your crews' days, see where crews are while their supervisor has the app open, and get alerts when a crew is late or not where they should be. It is a planning tool: it does not replace your own judgement, and it is not a safety or emergency system.

Location depends on the supervisor's phone and its signal, and is only shared while the app is open.

• Keep logins private and give each person their own. You are responsible for what your logins do.
• Tell your supervisors that their location is shared with you while the app is open during work, and why (see the privacy policy).
• Do not use FieldWatch to track anyone without their knowledge, or for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to access other companies' information or to circumvent the plan limits.

• 2 supervisors (each with their crew) are free. Each extra supervisor is R99 a month, or R1,010 a year paid in advance. No VAT is charged.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Supervisors added part-way through a period are charged only for the rest of that period.
• You can cancel at any time on the Billing page. You keep what you paid for until the end of the period; there are no refunds for part of a period.
• If a payment fails, everything keeps working for 48 hours. After that, only the free supervisors remain active; the others are suspended, not deleted, until payment is received.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.
• Promo codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn if misused.

Your information remains yours. We use it only to provide the service (see the privacy policy), and delete it when you close your account, except payment records the law requires us to keep.

We work to keep FieldWatch running and your information safe, but cannot guarantee that it will never be interrupted or contain errors. As far as the law allows, FieldWatch is provided as is, and our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost business.

You may stop using FieldWatch at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where we reasonably can.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If we change these terms materially, we will notify you before the change takes effect. For any questions, please contact us through the contact details on our website.
